Research journeys:

Prof. Ondrej Hamuľák, June 2023 – research and analytical journey to Tallinn, Estonia. The purpose of the journey was to execute the consultations, data collection, structured interviews with legal and digital technology experts from TalTech University, LegalLab think-tank, NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre collaborators, and also study and biblio research within the robust databases at TalTech University Library e-Sources centre.

Prof. Naděžda Šisková, June and July 2023 – research and analytical journey to Luxembourg and Strasbourg. The purpose of the journey was to execute research and interviews crucial for assessing digital technologies, related case law, and the rule of law conditionality. Prof. Nadežda Šisková met with judges of the Court of Justice of the EU, The Tribunal, and the European Court of Human Rights, including Jan Passer, David Petrlík or Kateřina Šimáčková.
